Shark supershape balloon *Comes uninflated (flat) and unpackaged. *Does not come with ribbon or weight. *Please take to a party shop or florist to inflate. If you choose to use a DIY helium tank please message us for instructions as it is very easy to burst the balloons if you don't know how and we do not refund if you damage the balloon. Characters are licensed, no Chinese rip offs. However balloons are never 100% successful so please understand this and contact us before leaving feedback. Ribbon and weights not included. We always quote sizes given by our supplier but please allow for human error and changes when inflated, if this is a problem we are happy to send additional photographs. Note some manufacturers have recently changed their designs to be more efficient so 18" foils are sometimes now 17", there is little difference once inflated. We do not accept returns for damaged items so suggest you take to a professional to inflate, or request DIY instructions
