Handle comes off too easily
I like it overall, however, every time I open it to put new suet balls in, the handle falls off. That needs to be addressed in a better design.

Great for also holding the squirrel log treats
I use this holder for holding the squirrel log treats. It hangs from a tree branch where squirrels have easy access. The Song Sparrows, Varied Thrush and Chickadees also like the squirrel treats so this holder provides easy access for them as well. It's nice and rugged as the weight of my fat squirrel doesn't phase it. Also, the weather, rain or snow, isn't an issue either.

Horrible design
The bottom is wide open to squirrels. I had to add wire to keep them out. It makes for a lot of waste. Once the suet gets small, it falls out.

Stylish, Sturdy, Ease of use for the birds!
These are really good, my birds love it!You can fit around 5-6 energy/fat balls in them. I bought 2 as I have a lot of little birds visit.They are sturdy & well made, good price.Hopefully they’ll manage the wet weather well being that they are made of stainless steel.I’d recommend them definitely!

Well made, holds good suzed suet balls, birds love it
Robust stainless steel suet ball holder. Holds suet balls well and the birds love the size, you can get a few of them on it at once. Easy to clean and sturdy. The way the lid is attached and lifts to fill is simple and strong. Replaced one that broke, it pays to invest a bit more. This one has been on the feeder for a couple of months now and looks as if it was put up yesterday. Comes with a small pamphlet on bird feeding. Recommended.

Im Gegensatz zu vielen Billigprodukten zeichnet sich dieser Edelstahl-Futterspender durch hervorragende Quälität aus (keine instabilen Kunststoffteile). Ich kann dieses Produkt nur empfehlen.
