The finest Arabica in Vietnam thrives in the cool mountains above Dalat, the capital of Lam Dong province. Marou get some of their most inspiring cacao just below, in the steamy jungle of Madagui District. This bar fuses together these two incredible beans. Definitely a chocolate bar for fans of coffee and red wine. The initial coffee flavour gives way to beautiful notes of raisin, port and black cherry from the cacao. Absolutely stunning.
