I have been using Shilajit for a few months now, and thought I would try this Aoruilia Shilajit resin to see how it compares.It is a similar consistancy to a yeast extract, and does have a strange, but not too unpleasant flavour.I have felt the benefits and definitely feel like I have more energy, which is what I wanted.I took the required amount in my daily morning coffee, and although it does have a quirky taste, I'm used to it now, and occasionally I would put it under my tongue to let it dissolve, but I wouldn't recommend this if you have a sensitive palate.I was away for a couple of days and left the jar at home, on my return the inside of the jar had gone mouldy, I'm not sure if this is an overall 'thing' with Shilajit in general, but I haven't encountered it before, just maybe worth noting if you aren't going to take it on a regular basis, overall an okay product.

I was wondering why thos product was so cheap in comparison to others.I bought this Shilajit 3 days ago, after finishing my first 30g from a different supplier. After using, I found the texture to be very gritty and not a smooth paste. I didn't think nothing of it until I mixed it with warm water. Whilst drinking it left my throat tickling and made me cough. Also, once I had finished there was black grit at the bottom of my cup.I defiantly won't be buying again, and will go back to my old supplier, they charge £29 for 30g, but health is important and I won't be taking anymore short cuts.If anyone has any questions please ask. Also Shilajit is meant to have an awful taste, but this taste of almost nothing.
