Excellent !
VG quality, easy to install & puts out a strong flow & spray. Considering the excellent quality the price is outstanding, 1/3 to 1/4 of what the original faucet manufacturer charges. **NOTE-Seller needs to change his description & photos for chrome & silver. Like many other reviews I also received the wrong finish.. Close enough though!

It works, but its not as good as the original
Its fine, but its not great.Tends to get stuck in spray setting and you have to manually force it back to stream - the original always reset properly between uses. You get what you pay for. If you need a cheap replacement, this item is ok. But you'll be happier with an original if you have the room in your budget.

Flow restrictor malfunctioned after a few months
I had a similar experience to Nancy from California: "Worked great at first. At 4 months water pressure goes down. By 6 months extremely low pressure." To make ours worse, it emitted a very loud, very high-pitched "scream" if we tried to get any kind of normal flowrate. The answer? I unscrewed the faucet head and used a small, flat-blade screwdriver to pry out the flow restrictor (the yellow thing), then screwed the faucet head back on. Works great again!

Economical replacement
I'm reluctant to give five stars until I see how well this item performs. When a second Grohe spray head failed (original lasted 10 years, the second only three) we were faced with another $200+ cost because the head cannot be repaired and Grohe appears to have discontinued this model. When talking with the local dealer, we were told we'd have to bring in the old head so they could see what we had — a 20 mile drive — and that it would take two weeks for a replacement to come in and another 20 mile drive to pick it up. In the meantime our sink was difficult to use. This "knock-off" is identical in appearance and feel to the Grohe part and is only a third of the cost so it's difficult to understand Grohe's pricing for some plastic. Some reviews have mentioned leaks where the pull-out hose attaches but this item includes a set of replacement O-rings. A little over three days later and a day sooner than Amazon had said we have a functioning sink.
