I have been taking this every morning in my coffee for the past 2 weeks. It was normal for me to have a slump in the afternoon but since taking this I feel more alert and energetic all day. I know it could be coincidence and the only way to know is to stop taking it. There are two tiny little gold spoons included and I just dip in the end and stir into my coffee. Not sure what 'dose' this is and there are no detailed instructions for use but this is what I've been doing. The jar will last probably a couple of months or so? I will decided then whether to reorder.
