Absolutely the BEST adult product.If you are taking care of a special needs adult at home, look no further.My father spent a month at a Kessler Rehabilitation Center after a stroke, and this is the brand that they use.When he came home, we tried other brands, but they were not the quality we expected or demand for my dad.We tried to find this brand everywhere, including Amazon, with no luck.But last week, I decided to try Amazon again, and to my surpise they were available.I'm a very satisfied customer ❤OHHHH and there are 72 units. Its a hox with 4 packs of 18 units each.Update: Although I am still happy with the Covidien brand and order them regularly, sometimes they send me the product from another brand, Cardinal. The Cardinal product is TERRIBLE. Total garbage. Literally garbage. They have black spots running through them that look like mold and the filling is missing from most of the product.

It was ok, not strong at all it leaks, I bought this product for my 14 year old daughter, she has cerebral palsy, mostly bed bound, I had high hopes for this product but was disappointed, this brand called cardinal not great at all.
