first time I used this product
I usually use the old nasty smelling Wilsonart laminate glue.Since I can no longer find it I was forced to use this product.I like that it does not smell at all. The adhesion was a new concept to me. They say on the directions that it will go on milky, then dry clear when it is ready for adhesion.Well after 20 minutes in the full sun it still showed a milky finish.I decided to adhere my laminate sheet. I found out it was already dry and it did not stick.I gave it another coat, waited about20 minutes and ignored the directions about "Clear and ready to adhere".Well it worked great. Adhesion seems to be very good.OVerall I am very happy with the product. This one gallon container still has more than 2/3 left. I can do about 4 more countertops with the remaining product.I would recommend it.

Best results with minimum effort
If you need to laminate anything using contact cement, you need water-based contact cement. There is no comparison to Wilsonart H2O Water-Based Low VOC Nonflammable Contact Adhesive - I've tried other brands that failed.

Much better than tolex glue
This glue really stuck tolex down well. Much better than tolex glue and little smell.

Excellent Non-toxic Alternative
It works very, very well! The only downside is that I had to buy a whole gallon when I only needed a quart.

Wait for it…to turn clear.
At first I thought this is not very sticky. Then I rolled some more on the wall and the cork. I kinda forgot about it and went to water my plants outside. I came in it was completely clear. I lined it up and boom! It stuck to the wall in an instant. It was my fault initially for not allowing it to dry enough. I think you could roll an entire wall and then the cork boards then come back to the first one and start hanging. If it’s not sticking it hasn’t dried enough. I’m trying a little experiment and insulating from the inside. Then I will cover it with more Sheetrock or wall paper. Actually the last piece I hung was the easiest because, I left it for so long. The others I stuck pins in to hold it. This last piece. It wasn’t necessary. Patience is the key. Kinda nice. You can do stuff in between without that rushed feeling.

Great glue
I bought this glue to replace Tolex on a speaker cabinet. The adhesive is perfect so far, holds well, easy to work with, no nasty small or hazzardous vapors, just make sure to let it sit and self cure properly. There are plenty of demos and recommendations online. Recommend.

Not what I expected from Wilsonart
I bought this hoping it would live up to the Wilsonart standard that I have always gotten from their products, but was sorely disappointed. For the last seven years I have been using a water based contact cement from Henkel Corp. supplied to me by my general contractor. Now am doing the same on my own, so I thought I would try the H2O from Wilsonart. It absolutely will not dry enough to adhere even after two hours. The Henkel brand would always dry off even on high humidity days. I even tried using a heat gun to achieve adhesion, it dries to the touch but will not stick. I will go back to the Henkel Aquence.
