Soft and adjustable (height and volume) for my main rocking chair.

Awesome addition to the chairs/recliners we purchased. The back of the recliner wasn't made for the small person it was built for, everything else fits my wife's body profile except the back of the recliner, so this was a life saver.

The leather is very thin but soft. The pillow is comfortable and it works very well. I don't know if the elastic will last though.

This is pretty nice, provides good head/neck support, and stays put. I really like that this one actually has a strap to secure it AROUND the recliner rather than only sitting across the top with the little backflap providing a bit of counterweight to keep it in place -- most that I looked at were that type, and they seemed like they'd slide around and fall off a lot. This one actually stays put like it should.I'm not crazy about the leather exterior -- I'd prefer something softer and more plush, but can get around that for now by just draping a blanket over it. Also wish it were available in a wider range of colors, as black really does not match the furniture, but the blanket over it kind of helps with that problem, too. I may eventually just sew a new cover for it or something, if I can get my sewing machine working, but it'll do for now. Only complaint other than that is that I wish it were a tiny bit larger/broader, but for some reason this size seems to be about standard for these types of pillows. It's definitely a huge improvement over no pillow at all though!

This item is nothing like the photographs in the listing. The item comes with a "pillow core" that you are supposed to insert into the cover. The pillow core is extremely soft, and will not provide any support for my head. Also, mounting points for the straps only cover a small part of the back of the cover, so if the desired position of the pillow is too high, there is no way to secure the pillow to the chair without duct tape. And the way the headrest is shipped in pieces with flimsy packaging makes it very difficult to return. I do not recommend this item.
