The belt is awesome. It is made of sturdy material and you can tell from the moment you put it on, that it supports your back. It fits nicely and allows flexibility when moving around. It's back support is like a wide panel so it supports more of your lower back which I love.I ordered a medium thinking the small might be too small but the medium ended up being too big by like and inch or two. Ever since I received the belt in the mail, I was receiving emails from the company ensuring satisfaction guarantee and if not to let them know. I replied to the email about needing a bigger size and they replied right away letting me know that they would send a new size right away at no cost. Very content with their customer service!

This weight lifting belt is a "Best Buy" in my book. While I wouldn't go as far to say it's perfect, It offers incredible value for the price. It offers great lower back support, better than more expensive leather belts because it's more flexible and is easy to adjust and seems durable. I bought a more expensive leather belt that was highly rated on Amazon, but I don't use that one because it's too stiff and doesn't adhere to my lower back. While this belt slips upward a bit, it offers improved support over leather belts. For a guy, I'm a bit sway-back, so I don't think there's a belt on this planet that will completely stay in place on my lower back area when I'm working out, but this belt has been the best thus far. I'm happy with the purchase, especially with respect to the price I paid.Just a word of caution on the sizing: the sizing description is a bit off. I'm a small size 28" waist and according to the description, I should order the X-Small but that turned out to be too small so I returned it and ordered a "Small" and that fits me well.

Decent, reasonably priced lower back support with sturdy belt buckle and Velcro straps. Size medium fits my 34” waist ok. Helps lower risk for lower back strains and injuries when lifting heavier weights. Slight concern is the excessively long Velcro strap that goes all the way back to secure belt.Updated Oct. 25, 2022: I contacted customer service at totalprofitness dot com regarding the extra long strap on the size M and the rep. immediately sent a small replacement belt which fits better.The price has gone from $9.95 to $22.95 each since my original order on Oct. 7, 2022.

Took me awhile to write this because I wanted to give the belt a few workouts to see how I really felt about it. This isn't the kind of belt I would normally use because I feel people often times use these more as a brace than a lifting belt. BUT... this was incredibly comfortable. I wouldn't use it on any heavy Olympic lifts like the Deadlift, cleans or snatches but I found it useful during shoulder workouts and rowing.Initially I didn't like the extra width and padding in the back but after using it for a few different workouts, I was able to find the contours of it nice for cable rows, one arm rows and even resisted back extensions. It actually helped me to realize I've been using too much weight so I lightened up a bit to make sure my form is right so my muscles can strengthen before I go back up in weight.Overall, I do like the belt. You can easily hide it under your shirt if you want and it breathes pretty well. The comfort is spot on once you get a little used to it and break it in, but most importantly, the belt did what belts are supposed to do and helped me find my weaknesses in technique.

When you register your product there will be an opportunity to tell them if you're not satisfied. They will MAKE you satisfied, so don't hesitate to tell them. Seriously - they're pretty amazing with their customer support. Based on stated measurements, I bought a small. Found that it didn't overlap at all in front, as the picture implied it should, so then had them send me a medium. (They told me to keep the original, no need to return it!) The medium came in a few days and overlapped some but not as much as I was hoping, so I had them send me a large. That one I decided was too big - I liked it overlapping even more but pulling the velcro taut brought it's connection stitching right up against the metal piece which I figure would cause wear and tear eventually. Soo, I'm using the medium, and now have a small and large as spares - can't beat that deal. ALSO, when registering, they give you a free gift just for joining their FB group. I got knee sleeves that way (which they also sent me a larger size on when the measurements turned out to be too small) - so I have 2 pair, both free. And later through another purchase (cross-fit gloves) got their hip resistance bands for free. More recently, I bought their barbell squat pad and am now getting free wrist wraps. ALL products, both the free ones and the purchased ones, seem to be very well made - no complaints at all. Thank you ProFitness, wish all companies were this awesome.

This is a great starter belt. I say "starter" because, after 4 or 5 months of regular use 2 to 3 times a week for heavy lifting, the velcro started to come off. That tells me that this is a belt whose purpose is to tell you, the consumer, whether you need a belt or not. If it breaks, which mine did, then you do. If it doesn't, then you have all the belt you need. I have since upgraded to a Schiek 3006 belt which costs about three times more and is built about six times more robustly. That belt will be with me for a lifetime (I hope). But this one got me through a metaphorical childhood of lifting before it couldn't carry me anymore. I liked it. Maybe, just maybe, you will too. But if you intend to actually use it, work it, beat it up a little, then be prepared to need to spend more money on a better belt sometime in the future. My mother, who is a quilter, sewed some new velcro on the broken belt, so maybe I can keep it around as a trial belt for clients to use when starting out, as long as it seems safe (I am a personal trainer).

Very happy with product. I had a grizzly before , similar dimensions. Pro fitness as good or better . Does up easily . Moves with you . Great belt .

Sizing was abit off. The company was great and sent a new size quickly.Quality seems well made so far. No complaints. This company has good products. Will definitely buy more from them in the future.
