Taste great

Great addition to a Bloody Mary

The taste is fantastic and a must have. It’s got a nice kick to it for sure. I’m going to be a return customer for sure. I do wish they had bigger sizes though, I used half a bottle in one sitting.

Not too hot and great flavor

This is a very good hot sauce. It is made from a combination of scotch bonnet peppers, red peppers, and onion, which is all brought together with the traditionally used hot sauce ingredient vinegar. The flavor is very clean and reminiscent of a scotch bonnet or habanero, for those more familiar with that flavor profile. The heat is good with a decent tongue tingle, but I did not find this to be overwhelming. I tried it liberally with some fried fish, as an addition to my homemade BBQ sauce, and sprinkled conservatively on some mac and cheese. I also had a small amount straight. I enjoyed this sauce in every application. My only problem with it is the price of 15$ a bottle (day of review). It was just a bit too much for me personally. Otherwise I can recommend it, based on the flavor that I very much enjoyed and decent but not overwhelming heat.
