Great Practice Mat for Beginners (or for Winter Golfing!)
This comes with the following:- 1x practice mat (26cm x 42cm ; weighing 1.8kg)- 3x foam golf balls- 9x plastic tees (3x @ 7cm, 3x @ 5.4cm, 3x @ 4.2cm)- 2x rubber tees✅Positives✅+ The mat is a great weight; not too heavy to make moving it an annoying task but also heavy enough that it can't be moved easily by practice swings.+ Can be used for teeing off in winter.+ Has two practice sections; one for seeing your swing path and the other for taking practice shots.+ Includes almost everything you need to start practicing in the garden/house.+ Tees stick into the artificial grass surprisingly well.❌Negatives❌- Includes no instructions/tips for beginners.- Related to the above, I assume the horizontal lines are for indicating where your divot should start which would mean they should be in front of the ball. However, the brush direction of my mat means that these lines sit behind the ball.- I had to look at the item description to find out that the holes in the bottom for the rubber tees are supposed to be drilled out. However, as the two practice sections on the opposite side cannot be removed, you'd effectively be destroying the mat by drilling these. Frankly, this is a massive oversight but not something I'd use the mat for anyway.❓Conclusions❓At the price point (£29.99) at the time of this review, I think this is great value for money given the high quality and extras it comes with. The only reason I can't give this 5 stars is because of the design oversights and lack of instructions. Otherwise I think this is a must have for the golf fans out there.

Not durable
The mat idea is great and overall the product is good but it’s not very durable after only a few swings the mat has already become damaged.

Great Practice Mat
I've been using this in the garden with a practice net I recently setup. As a high handicap golfer I need all the help I can get. I like the way it tells me where I'm going wrong with my swing via the changing colour of the mat. I also like the fact it has a dual purpose and replicates grass too which I like for practicing my chipping. The mat is a good weight so it doesn't move when practicing with it and stays anchored to the floor. The build quality is good and I like it that the mat can be cleaned a rag/brush. At £23 at the time of writing this review I think this is excellent value for money.

Don’t Grip it an rip it
Started with my irons, the stroke direction mat came unglued after 4 swings.. the tea holders don’t have holes cut out.. this mat felt sturdy and solid so maybe it’s my awful swing?

Great for the winter
Items like this are a bit of a gimmick in my opinion. The felt side of the mat is supposed to allow you to see your stroke path on the turf. That's going to work until it doesn't and that won't be long if you're hitting it with a golf club. My mat arrived already scuffed and you have to smooth the felt down before you start swinging and after each stroke. It's also less than advisable to use real clubs on this mat indoors unless you want to do some dry wall work. That said, my course has been closed due to wet ground or frost, or a combination of the two for a couple of weeks now. I'd normally bang away at a few plastic balls in the garden to practice my stroke but the grass is now too long and won't be cut until next February. So a smaller mat I can throw down to give some semblance of turf whilst I wait between torential downpours for the course to open is a good idea. For me this mat works just fine for that. The "rough" side is fine for practice strokes and it'll even take a tee.The mat came with some tees and supports which is nice but not really necessary if you're already a player. The item description suggested I would need to "drill five holes" in the mat to accommodate tees - which is just too much trouble. If I really wanted a practice mat I'd get something bigger that I could stand on. If I wanted to see where my stroke was going astray I'd see a coach. But for the limited need to hit a ball off a surface in winter it works just fine.

Damages easily - Take Note!
After a few moderate shots, the edges of the mat have begun to fray, and small pieces of the rubber edging have chipped off.I think in essence the mat is too narrow for the post contact divot/low point which leads to impacts. This may matter less at low speeds, but for faster swingers I wouldn’t expect this to last long before breaking down.Arrived with a decent selection of useful addons, and the grass section may be ok as it sits above the rubber edging, but be careful with the velvet section.
