I am a salt taster and I discovered gray salt recently. I have already tried several brands of Celtic salt. I have done my research and gray salt from France is the same as Celtic salt (all gray salts come from the Celtic Sea). There is no difference between France gray salt from Celtic salt; what varies is the purity that each brand produces and among all the brands that I have tried, this brand All Goods has exceeded all my expectations, flavor, color and quality texture. This is definitely my preference. Excellent product!

I like 1) the color: it's definitely gray, which is good 2) texture: crystals crunch easily 3) flavor: this salt is delicious. I would buy it again.
