Quality Product with Good Price
Recently I had bought 20 sets of these door levers to replace existing levers in my home and it turned to be a right decision with total satisfaction. At first, I had planned to purchase well-known brand named Schlage Accent door lever, but I settled with this product after reading many positive reviews here. 1) The satin nickel finish of the product by no means of inferior even though it is compared with Schlage similar door lever. 2) I find the product finish is smooth without abrasive surface. 3) I do not consider myself quite handy, but I find the installation is easy. Please WATCH the installation video before the work. A friendly reminder that you could remove the lever before tightening the two screws. Otherwise, it would be a bit difficult to do deal with the screw behind the lever. In short, I am total satisfied to buy these 20 sets of quality of door lever for only one-third of the price compared to other well-known brand product.

Great feeling handle hiding cheap interior
The handle itself feels amazing. Very smooth satin finish and it feels solid when you grab it. The handle's definitely got some weight to it and doesn't feel cheap... until you turn it. You can feel a little bit of metal-on-metal but not enough to bug me. The issue is the lock which feels cheap when you try to turn it. Besides being backward from the typical lock here in the states (you turn the thumb-turn left instead of right to lock it and also vertical is unlocked, horizontal is locked) with no way to reverse it, you can definitely feel metal scraping. The grinding combined with it being backward makes it hard to figure out if you're turning the "wrong" way or if it's just stuck a bit. We've had these installed for less than 24 hours and have already nearly broken the lock on the knob in the shared bathroom since it gets the most use and has had nearly all of us struggling with it. If the lock thumb-turn orientation were reversible and even slightly better quality, this would be a keeper. As is, I'm going to try WD-40 to see if that makes it smoother and unjanks the bathroom lock before sending the set back for a better quality name-brand lock.UPDATE: WD-40 took care of the issue! Bumped up to 4 stars.

A great new look for thw whole house .....
I have a 4 bedroom ranch built in the 90's that still had the original "antique brass finish" hardware on all the interior doors. I decided that updating the door handles would be a fairly easy DIY project that would deliver a very noticeable upgrade from the original contractor grade hardware.Going from the original run-of-the-mill antique brass lever handle hardware to the new black handles and black hinges turned out to be a quick and easy way to gave the whole house an entirely new and more modern look. All of the doors were white and now, with the black hardware, the whole house somehow just looks newer and has a much more up-to-date atmosphere. One wrinkle I did run into was in the size of the bore hole in edge of the doors. My original interior doors apparently had a 7/8" hole for the latch mechanism. The latch mechanism on these new handles is much beefier than the old contractor grade handles and requires a 1" hole. Apparently this has something to do with the older doors being from the 1990's. The one bathroom door that had been replaced a few years ago already had a 1" hole for the latch mechanism and didn't require any adjustment. For the others, I had to use a 1" drill bit (Amazon - wesleydrill 1" Reduced-Shank Drill Bit 1/2 Inch Shank $17) to open up the hole. Sort of a PITA but not too bad and well within the ability of the average DIY homeowner. All in including the drilling, it took about 20 minutes to install each handle. I spent another 10 minutes switching out the brass for new black hinges on each door (do one hinge at a time and it's a piece of cake). My daughter stopped by and noticed the change almost immediately. She is in real estate and said the new "modern retro" style would easily pay for itself in the increased appeal and market value of the home. My son wasn't as observant, but I suppose that is pretty typical. Anyway, for a couple hundred bucks, I feel like I got a major improvement in both the look and value of my home. Can't beat that.

Needed knobs for Basement
I needed to purchase knobs for my newly finished basement, after the cost for building materials these days and being way over budget, these were a nice affordable solution for the number needed (3 privacy and 6 non locking). I personally wouldnāt use in on main floors, but for my lower level they look and work great.

Had one defective handle, second gangle intermittently stivjs
I am updating my first review. I now have a second reported privacy handle that freezes in not letting person exit another bath. Hard, jiggle released. I have twice gone to the Probico website submitting request gif warranty assistance for a product purchased 5 weeks ago installed 3 weeks ago by a contractor pro. PROBICO WEBDITE GIVES ZEYO RECPONSE. Crickets! š” Not buying Probico replacements for defective privacy handles!First revues⦠I replaced a rental home, interior and exterior door hardware. I liked the Probico wave door handles enough that i bought another rental homeās entire privacy and passage handles! In the 2nd home, a one month installed bathroom privacy handle had a defective throw that intermittently jammed and failed to fully recede with turning the handle. A terrified woman was trapped in the bathroom! I ended up having to take extreme measures taking the door off its hinges with some cosmetic damage to the door. So these locks might not be that great deal if they donāt hold up to normal use. My Amazon return expired June 20⦠just a few days ago! Amazon sent me to the Probico website. No phone help. I could only send a message requesting warranty replacement. I may re-do my review. Drpendz on the customer service I receive!

Great value & quality!
Our bathroom handle was "shot" so, because this was such a good deal, we thought we'd try them, and hopefully change all of our upstairs door handles. (The originals are brass, and over 20 years old.) Very pleasantly surprised! Good quality, look, and heft to them. And they were easy to install. 5āļøs! :)

I bought 20 of bed/ bathroom door level locks to change off my old locks for my entire home. Good made, look good, good price. Happy with the purchase.I tried to order some passage locks for hall and closets, but price are more expensive than private bed and bath locks ??!! they should be cheaper...why??Now my entire home had all private bed/bath levels locks.

Good quality
Could never find quality like these door knobs for the price i got them for. Excellent for indoor, looks great. The only thing is that its sensitive to the accuracy of the installation; if your holes are slightly off, you may feel it in the action of the handle.
