I have arthritis in both knees and an old injured ankle that are all taped up on a daily basis. I've tried a few tapes now including what would be considered budget ones, but nothing comes close to this stuff! It really is the best, the pre-cut strips are easy to apply and take the hassle out of always having to round corners off with a pair of scissors. Not to mention the brilliant adhesion! I can quite happily get a fair few days of wear out of this stuff, showers and swimming included!Don't let the price put you off, it's well worth it!

The tape looks excellent and was easy to put on. My trouble with it was I am allergic to the adhesive used.

Excellent product using for foot and ankle problems. Recommended by my Physio. Stays on well even when swimming and showering. The pre cut strips seem to be the best.

I continue to purchase this tape and recommend it. I have gone through trial and error of many different kinds of KT tape over the years and found this tape to work the best for me. It adheres well and sturdier than genaric KT tape. It's more cost effective than name brands. I believe the design on it helps with its ability to do the job well.
