This is a very good quality barbell. It’s got a nice fit in the hand and the appearances awesome. The kneels are nicely spaced. Gives it a good grip. I would recommend because of how solid it feels.

I purchased the 5 foot all black Olympic bar and it’s a beauty. It work’s flawlessly, spinning freely.I found the biggest complaint for other brand bars are the horrible inadequate packaging. The packaging of this bar could not be better. It’s shipped in a heavy duty carton and in the carton, there is an ultra heavy duty tube that protects the bar in shipping. The bar arrived in perfect condition. I am very happy with this bar.I think this is the budget bar to buy.

Great for smaller spaces. The smaller plate area means you will need higher wightes plates but that easy to deal with if room space is an issue. The knerling is defind and not harsh to the grip.

i bought the 4 ft version of this bar, there are various weights that are bought up with this bar but my informal weighing (holding the bar vertical and stepping on the scale) found that the bar i was sent weighed 19.9 lbs. i bought this bar to use as a specialty bar to use with my landmine attachment since my workout space is very limited. the bar is very good so far and is holding up BUT the sleeves are pretty short meaning, if you use bumper plates (as i do), you won't be able to load a lot of weight on. with lockjaw clamps you can only fit 140 (a 45 lb plate and 25 lb plate on each side ) lbs of plates on, while with squeeze clamps you can fit 170 (45, 25 and 15 on each side) lbs. which means a total of 159.9 lbs and 189.9 lbs. completely useless for squats and conventional deadlifts unless you're a beginner and, in the case of squats, have a VERY narrow upper back. although you could use it for romanian deadlift or stiff leg deadlifts as a main or warm up lift and it might be too narrow for sumo deadlifts unless you have very short legs. all in all though, i have a regular sized powerlifting barbell for squats and benching and i do deadlifts at a normal gym so this bar is good for what i use it for. also the 4 ft bar is too short to use on any rack, on the landmine, i can load even less weight on the sleeve since i use the sleeve as a handle, so landmine squats and romanian / stiff leg deadlifts are used as either a warm up weight or i use high volume.

Best price I could find for this 6’ bar. After debating decided to go for it. Delivered today and used it right out of the package. Solid, sturdy and durable so far. Only thing is ot did have a smell when I opened the box there was a smell but I did go away within minutes of being aired out.

First off it was packaged amazing! I was most worried about how it was going to arrive. It's double boxed! I got the short 4 ft bar so that I can do workouts in my living room which is a small space. I'm 5'4" and I can still do dead lifts, curls, and squats with this smaller bar. I feel that if your looking to have serious weight on your bar-- go bigger or go to a gym. This Is a solid bar,not one of those that you twist together & hope it doesn't come apart mid lift. When I am at the point of committing to a full garage gym I will be buying the bigger bar from this brand! Plus it's pink! I know it's silly but it just make me smile looking at my pretty pink bar.

This is a short bar for certain exercises:Military press & rowingShort bar means: it wont fit your squatrack and in many cases not even your bench.The lenght is stated in the product description and it is mindbogling how people give it 3 stars because it wont fit their squatrack. Just crazy ignorance.This bar is perfect if you wanna train at home in your living room.The griptexture is too soft and i suggest to wear gloves for better control. Anyways.... you wont tear your skin if youre a beginner. Ballbearings rotate slow but that will change with use. If not, it doesnt matter for the exercises you do with that bar.5/5
