Addictive time killer
A nerdy co-worker brought this to work, and once you try it you are hooked. We were all waiting for our turns. You try to speedily copy the patters provide by lights under the plastic pup buttons. The unit indicates success/fail on each phase and gets harder as the session continues. I purchased one for my 2 year-old grandson and another for my 8 year-old granddaughter. I will probably order another for me. It does not keep score, but is simply an activity. Sound effects may be muted and the common pop pop may be all the sounds you need.

Drains battery even when it’s turned off
I thought at first I was putting used batteries in it and that’s why it was dying so fast, but after making sure I used brand new batteries, and the device died within a few days after ensuring it was turned off, I realized the only explanation is that this has been poorly made and drains battery life when it’s in use or not. So unless you want to spend $10-15 a month in batteries or remove them after every use, this toy is basically useless. You get what you pay for I suppose but I thought I was getting a good version of this toy based on the reviews.UPDATE: the seller was kind enough to refund me and send a replacement toy for my troubles. You can’t ask for better customer service. They did not ask me to do this but I’m upgrading my review to 4 stars in the hopes that this 2nd device doesn’t have the same issues. I’ll be back here if it does!
