I saw this product demoed on a YouTube video. Guy said it was the cheapest one he could find that would bleed brake lines through the ABS system. That feature worked flawlessly for me. It actually uses the pump in the ABS system itself to push fluid through the brake lines and actuates the valves to ensure there is no trapped air in the ABS module. This is something that is actually programmed into your vehicles computer. The auto makers don't allow you access to this function because they want you to go to the dealership. All this tool does is access that part of the vehicle's programming and there's no difference between using this and one of those high $$$ professional mechanic scan tools.Ultimately, the issue I was having with my vehicle's brakes was not related to air in the ABS module. However, this scan tool allowed me to rule that out and ultimately led me to find the true cause of the issue. It has since been fixed and my brakes are performing flawlessly.If you're a weekend mechanic like me, I highly recommend this scan tool. The ABS brake bleeding feature is definitely work the extra $$$ over the regular code read/reset ones.

This scanner works great. I needed to do a throttle body relearn on a new throttle body I recently installed on a 2012 Chevy Malibu and this did the job perfectly. I highly recommend.

This scanner paid for itself after the first use. I had to change our my abs modulator. The brake bleed function was a breeze. Then after that, a code came up, C1285 longitudinal G sensor not calibrated. This scanner took care of that as well. I didn't even need to take atrip to the repair shop. And customer support is top notch as well. They guided me through part of the process that i didn't understand. Highly recommend!!
