I purchased this product to help keep my home protection near my beside, but secured away from the kiddos. My wife was agreeably a little uneasy about leaving the pistol in our nightstand where it can be unintentionally accessed. This safe has provided us proper gun safety and ease of mind without sacrificing accessibility. The product is built from high quality materials and definitely has some weight to it, but it secures nicely to my existing bed side table. Because of it’s sleek design, it is pretty concealable and doesn’t have an obstructive look that takes away from the home decor. Using the safe itself is quite easy and I feel I would definitely be able to access the pistol in a moment’s notice with one swift motion. I highly recommend securing your home protection with this safe!

First of all it's heavy. Mount it to solid furniture, it's a quality safe.The fingerprint reader is great for fast access and it pops right open. Has a very large interior fits a 17L so it's good for home guns. Super easy to use and works very well. Absolutely a fantastic buy.

This safe is great for having a convenient yet stored safely place for keeping your gun. It fits great next to our bed, attached to our nightstand. The fingerprint reader is easy to set up, and the code as a backup. It slides out easily, and can get quickly. The foam insert is easy to trim to your size firearm. Great quality for a great value!

I bought two of these. Both accepted the keypad code with no issues but neither biometric reader functioned properly. One would not accept the fingerprint during set up and didn't allow a reset. The second one accepted the finger print but stopped responding to it after a few openings. Not the reliable gun safe I needed.

Keeps my gun close and safe children

I mounted this safe on a piece of plywood, then attached to my beds wooden support frame. I had to attach a small L bracket to top of wood mounting support, laying it on top of safes mounting bracket to keep safe from twisting. The only other problem was if you enter the wrong PW a couple times, safe goes into a lock out phase, which is good. But you will need to reenter your finger print info again, which is time consuming. I have plenty of room to fit my S&W Shield 9mm semi-auto pistol with a light/laser attached and a couple mags. Can fit a much larger hand gun if needed.

After having this product for a few months. I installed this next the my bed.Every once in a while I will open the safe just to make sure it will open.After about a month now I have experienced failures to open on the first try. And key hole is not easily accessible.
