I'd originally bought the Chimsoc product but after that failed I opted for the Zevek rather than go down the chimney sheep route.It's definitely a better product than the Chimsoc. Easier & quicker to inflate with the flexible tubing provided and easier to plug into the valve (rather than the chimsoc having to be forced over) so topping up down the line will be simple. As it's not a tall as the Chimsoc it seemingly fits into place easily and the reinforced internal link between the top and bottom valve is hugely reassuring - the Chimsoc split at the balloon-valve join. Don't think I'll have the issue with the Zevek.All in all a superior product & it's doing it's job well.

Good quality. Does what it says and arrived very quickly. Dropped 1 star as a bit of a struggle to get into place on my own.

Great delivery, I received within 24 hours of placing the order.It works really well, I found it easy to install and it has made a massive difference to the temperature in our home, so much so that we've actually been a bit too warm. We're really looking forward to seeing the difference this winter not only in having a toasty warm house but we're hoping to see a significant difference in our heating bills.Great product.

The balloon was really easy to fit but repeatedly deflated. This meant that it made a really annoying rustling sound when it was windy and, if left, gradually fell out of the chimney. Even when fully inflated it let small amounts of air through. The sellers had emailed me asking for feedback. However, they have ignored the polite email I sent them telling them the issues. In the end I put it in the bin (wish I had sent it back for a refund).I have since stuffed an old pillowcase with old fabric (unwanted jumpers etc) and used that instead. This works so much better than the balloon. No noise, no drafts and free!

Goods arrived well packed and VERY quickly. The balloon is very well constructed, instruction for deployment are very clear. Balloon was in place within a couple of minutes leaving sufficient small gaps around the edges to provide ventilation to prevent chimney dampness, which is essential. I highly recommend the Zevek Chimney Seal Balloon if you are looking to purchase one.

not a very good product I found various bit come apart and I don't think it will last long.I am a chimney sweep and install these frequently I will not buy this again.

Seems to be doing a great job and pretty easy to install, although I did find it a little difficult to turn the switch to 'off' after I'd inflated the balloon.

Great idea and a great product. Really easy to use and makes a big difference. Easy to install and you can adjust and reposition just by letting some air out and then re inflating . The extra tube makes inflating easy even with installing well above the fire place
