Wonderful. We have only had it in for a few days, I will update my review if anything changes.The hardest thing about installing this assembly was getting my old dang shower arm off.The instructions are greatThe packaging was very very secure. Absolutely no damage, each piece was carefully packed, and the packaging was recyclable in my area!!The only problem I had was that I forgot to put the soap dish on! It isn't written into the instructions, so I'm here to say when you take it out of the box- take off the adjustable wand mount, slide the soap dish on, then put back the wand mount- before any other step.However with this information, I want to iterate that this was so easy to install, after I had the whole thing together on the wall, it only took me a whole minute to take the thing back apart, put the dish on, and put it back together.Anyway:First impressions- it's large! Lovely finish, smooth functional joints (in the showerhead and diverter), impeccable craftsmanship in manufacturing.Second impressions- it's like a dang spa in my crappy shower. It makes the whole rest of my bathroom look like trash comparatively. I was afraid of the switch between the rainfall head and my old high pressure 1000 spray pattern shower head. I was not disappointed. It felt like love raining down on my head. I was so distracted by how awesome it was, I used body wash to condition my hair. After I had already used conditioner to condition my hair.ONE of the best features that I have found so far, is that the 5th setting on the wand is "off". Which confused me at first. It is so useful to not have to reach up to turn the water off or switch it back to the showerhead to stop the wand momentarily. I can't believe I haven't had one that's done this! Gone are the days of wrestling my dog and dropping the wand only to have it spray straight up and all over the floor.Love love love it.

Worked great for a couple of months then it started leaking water bad from the shower head when you use the hand sprayer. I tried to tighten the valve but it still leaks, it will not shut off the flow of water to the shower head when you try to only use the hand sprayer. This is an issue if you are trying to use only the hand sprayer and do not want to get wet. I have sent an email to Homelody customer service, I will re-evaluate the review based on the response I get from the company! Till then buy at your own risk!1/19/24 - Update review - customer service has been great and replaced the shower system at no charge! Will follow up after new shower installed and had some time to see how it works!3/5/24 - It has been over a month and the Shower System is still working great no leaks! Awesome customer service

It seems sturdy and looks good. Works well. Easy to install if your comfortable with plumbing.I have 3 minor complaints about it.1: the adhesive to hold the lower part to the wall lasted 2 days. Nothin some gorilla glue can't fix.2: the wand can't be adjusted to point downward. You can easily slide it up and down the pole but when it's as low as it can go it still sprays my wife right in the face and me just below the neck (I'm 6' tall) I wish it could be pointed down.3: not really anything they can do about it I don't think but if your using the wand then you switch it to the rainfall, the first few seconds are really cold water obviously. It's annoying but nothing can be done I don't think.

I've installed several similar setups and this one seemed the most solid, well built, and quite attractive. I read the reviews about leaks, but this MAY be caused by not setting the O ring attachments correctly. Very nice.

Parts appear to be solid and good quality for the money. First, make sure it will fit.I've got a new home build (2018) and it fits with no problem. Top center of vertical rod (house water line) to center of lower anchor is 27 inches. With the decorative top and bottom caps, it's 29 inches. Packaging of parts was topnotch with no damage. Installation was also very straightforward. Only had a few minor issues during installation. 1. Make sure to push the brass fitting completely into your house water line before tightening the set screws. 2. Make sure to tighten BOTH set screws on the overhead shower arm. Finally, instead of anchoring the bottom of the assembly with screws into the tile, I peeled the thin plastic protective film off the round lower anchor and used some Gorilla Super Glue instead. It hasn't moved at all. Excellent water pressure and the top/bottom or both diverter works great. Overall I'm very satisfied.

This is the second time we purchased this exact model and both of them are crap. The first purchase started to leak about 1.5 years after was installed from the "switch" where you pick shower head or wand. There is no fix for that other than buying a new, complete kit. I thought it was a fluke and repurchased the same exact model to give it another chance. Same thing happened, this time in less than year after it was installed; same leak. For the time and effort and multiple purchases, I could have purchased a name brand that would have lasted.DO NOT BUY. It looks nice but it will not last.

I loved how this item looked and functioned great water flow, until it started leaking after a few months. The diverter valve that changes from the shower head to handheld began leaking after a few months. After 1 year it completely stopped working. For the price I paid it seemed like the quality should have been better. I hope their 2 year warranty is guaranteed. Otherwise they are just another company with false promises. Product update: They have stood by their warranty and sent out a new product. We have not tested it yet but we are glad that a replacement was given and customer service was very well. I am hoping that we do not have any problems with the product this time.

This system is absolutely beautiful. I researched over a dozen different systems and I’m so glad I bought this one. It was a gift for my husband and thank goodness it was easy to install being a gift. All metal construction the color is so beautiful- It says it’s oil rubbed bronze but it’s actually Tuscan bronze which is usually more money and has a more expensive look. This was the only system I could find that both the handheld and the rain shower would work at the same time. We removed the water restrictors even before turning it on and pressure is more than sufficient.All in all a rest product for a very affordable price.

The assembly is good, and it was relatively straightforward, but the installation manual had flaws. For example in one section it says to install part 'i' when the part is labelled 'e' (the wall flange). 'i' refers to the silicon tape (which was a nice inclusion that often gets left out of such kits). There are a few other sections of the manual with poor English, but they don't impact the install if you read it through a few times.Once installed, it looks quite good. A bit of advice...when determining the location of the wall flange ensure that the assembly that attaches to the water supply is fully inserted otherwise you'll have to re-do. As well, place the flange with everything assembled and in place, THEN remove the cover for the sticky backing, as it's extraordinarily sticky and impossible to remove.

Wasn't bad to put together and install. I like that the knob to change the water flow from the top to the wand is down low in easy reach. There is not the greatest pressure from the main head, but maybe all rain heads are that way?? Not sure that it is really worth the price, but it does look good.

Purchased back in JULY 2021. The physical quality looks great, made of mostly metal not like the ones Moen and Delta or house brand at Home Depot. We needed to buy a part at Home Depot to make it fit the existing shower. Instruction is poorly written, but installed it nevertheless and it worked fine, water pressure is great. Two months later it started to leak. We called a plumber because we think our DIY installation was probably the problem. Plumber says he does not recommend installing it back. End of story. Bad investment.

The Homelody shower system is versatile in its functions and looks great! We renovated our bathroom and added this to the tiled shower stall, which is a notable upgrade to the standard shower wand fixture it replaced. The hand-held shower head provides great pressure and flow options, and the rain shower is configured to flow near the centre of the shower with good coverage. We did have an issue with the flow divider after about 14 months in service, and after some exchange of details the seller was very helpful in resolving this.
