Teeth rotting kit
I purchased these after a friend kept going on about how good energy chews were and I'm not happy with them. Obviously I try and eat real food if possible but I thought they might be a break from my usual card supplement choice of gels.My problems with them are:1. They are much harder to consume than a gel2. They are so similar in tase to a gel they don't represent something to give you a break from them3. They stick to your teeth. My dentist has a thing about gels and says they are terrible for your teeth - if gels are bad then these things must be terrible!I wouldn't recommend these, or any other energy chews, to anyone (unless you don't want to keep your teeth)I'm going to stick with gels from now on - they don't go anywhere near my teeth (I think my dentist must be eating them wrong) and are much easier to get down.
