Good sleep I hope.
Just received these ,been reading a lot about magnesium, hope they help with my sleep issues, ok to swallow if they were bigger it would be a no. I will review again when I have been on them for a while.

Improved sleep
I moved to a different city and had issues with my apartment and it caused me to have sleepless nights and I would feel horrible throughout the day. After taking these supplements for about a week it would put me to sleep after an hour of taking them. My nights were peaceful and I wouldn’t wake up again and go back to sleep I remained asleep. I’m currently trying find a higher dosage of magnesium just because I feel like after a couple of months I became a bit immune to its effects.

Good product, poor capsule shell filling
The magnesium itself is good but I'm disappointed with how the capsule shells are bent and torn. Some of the magnesium powder has spilt out due to the damage and it's covered all over inside the pot.

This is great stuff, I only take one as it's enough for me but it really does the trick to get me nice and sleepy at bedtime. I usually take it about an hour before bed and it doesn't take long before my eyelids start drooping. No nasties such as binders or fillers so the product's clean which is always good to know. We're all deficient in this vital mineral due to our soil being so depleted of nutrients that the produce we consume lacks much of its nutritional value. This is a great capsule to get the dose you need to stay healthy and sleep better. Highly recommended.

Great natural product
I researched the company and they have great ethical values, magnesium glycinate is fantastic for joint pain and anxiety and much easier on the stomach. I keep this order going as this product does not have any other additives. It is the one I will be sticking with.
