I have one of the thicker leather cases and my partner has one of the plastic cases with the card holder in the back. This charger works for both our phones and charges without needing to remove from the case. I do recommend plugging it into a wall outlet with the USBA plug, don't plug into a USB charging port on like your computer. When plugged into the wall outlet, we got fast charging even in the cases.

So I had an old wireless charger that I stopped using because it was a pain to take off the case. Well I bought a phone case that I could charge wirelessly. Well it would charge 2 seconds and turn off. So I decided to update my wireless charger and bought this one. It works great and as along as I use the charging block that comes with it it charges it at a decent speed. It is not as fast as a PD wired but still does the job. Now the only indication that the phone charges is the sound of the phone going off which is OK for me. Now the placement is weird sometimes and I don't know if it is then charger or the case. Sometimes for it to charge my phone has to be in the middle or a quarter of the way off. I work from home and use the charger in my office so it works great even with this little quirk. Great product and I am thinking of buying a second one for travel.

Purchased a charger and thought it didn't work. However, Apple recently performed an iPhone upgrade which sometimes causes the wireless charging not to work. You have to turn off your iPhone, place it on the charger, then plug the charger in. After a minute or two the apple will appear on your iPhone and the phone will turn on and start to charge. After this procedure, the iPhone and charger should recognize each other.

Product works well with my thick phone case and charges quickly with the provided cord and wall adapter. My initial product was scratched and the box damaged. I didn't even reach out to the company before I got an email asking how my order was. I replied letting them know about the damage, that I would be returning it, and would like a replacement. They replied almost instantly letting me know I did not need to return it and that they would send a replacement. My new product came promptly and damage free. I really appreciate the responsiveness and help provided by the company.

I bought this for my wife as she has a pop-socket on her phone case but this still delivers a charge. It quit working for her, so I moved to my side of the bedroom and it works fine. I think there might be a wall socket problem on her side. Anyway, it works well.

Directions are poor. Refers to a red light coming on, which may not apply to this particular product. Occasionally, if you rub the phone on it enough times, the center lights up green, but then stops charging within minutes. Does not come on reliably at all. Returning to Amazon same day it was received.

So the charger does work IF you can find a “sweet spot” for the phone and charger to connect. I have an iPhone 12 max Pro. Just be aware, I had to buy an OtterBox for it to charge. That being said it does work, but it is very slow to charge. Sometimes the phone gets very warm while it’s charging. Quite often I go back to plugging it in to the lightning cord just so that I can get a full charge faster. It would be great if it were more obvious when it is actually charging. The lights really don’t help. I use a pop socket and it does work with a pop socket. Finding the just right connection point was just as difficult without a pop socket as it is with a pop socket. The other thing I can say is it looked really slick and shiny when I received it but after using it for a couple of months, it is all scratched. The shiny finish does not last. I do recommend this charger given the issues I have mentioned.

Got this for a phone with a pop socket. Charges great, works as advertised.

Everything is fine. I got the product in time and it work as expected. Only thing I noticed is that sometimes, my phone is getting hot. I place it centered, no credit card or metal case, but it occurred even if I have been taken care of all details. Maybe it's related with low charge of my phone vs not that low... However, it's a good product and I like that I have never encountered proximity issue.

It charges suprisingly fast. Even with thicker cases. Heat-wise, my old LG phone gets warm-ish, but my Samsung gets very hot. So it seems to be very phone-specific. Also, phone stops charging when it reaches 100%, but I'm not entirely sure whether that's a function of the phone or the charger.(Will update if it breaks)

This is a great wireless charger. I'm using this to charge my iPhone 12 Pro Max, my SkullCandy Rail ANC and Grind Fuel Earbuds charging cases and they all work with this wireless charger! The iPnone has a thick case and charges no problem with this charger. Do note that if you have metal material and if the distance is greater than 10mm, it may not charge your device - it's already specified in product description. I have some other wireless chargers that cannot charge my iPhone and my SkullCandy wireless charging cases (well the SkullCandy earbuds wireless charging cases are pretty thick so that could be a problem for other wireless chargers, but not this one :) )In terms of speed, you cannot expect super fast charging, I'd say compare to a standard 10 - 15W 2A charger. But for me, I'm not looking for super speed here but if it works with my devices that I want to charge them wirelessly. I mean don't get me wrong the speed is not too bad but just not super fast charging as you don't expect with a 15 W wireless charger.Love this wireless charger, looks great and sleek. Comes with Power Adapter to save you some hassle. The Price maybe a little high but I think it's well worth it because it's compatible to charge many wireless charging devices.
