Q: Dose the brushes are kolinsky acrylic nail brushes?

Unfortunately I pulled the brushes out after the return time!! Wish I had tried them earlier! I would have retuned them!!! These are NOT KOLINSKY hair brushes like they claim!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Been in the industry over 25 years and these clump up before you finish laying the first bead. Worst brushes ever! Need to contact Amazon.

Q: Can this also be used as a dip acrylic?

Any acrylic powders can be used as a dip powder but dip powder CAN NOT be used with monomer. So your better off buying acrylic powder if you can use the monomers and brushes with the powder that way you can dip and use monomer save money.
