Great massage

This gives deep shiatsu massage. You can adjust the pressure and speed. It is solidly built. It is constructed all in one piece, except for the foot rest. The foot rest has good extension for longer legs. All the mechanisms for the operation of the chair are built inside the chair. It comes fully assembled. The fact that it isn't pieced together in individual parts makes it more sturdy. I think it's well worth the money I paid. The is only 1 tube that needs to be connected and that is located in the seat. You may need a thin pillow for the lower back. The rollers start at the tailbone. The deep massage feels painful in that area without a pillow.Two things I don't like. It isn't zero gravity. It's a reclining massage chair. I have been zero gravity chairs were the body is fulling extended. The control panel is so dark. It's hard to see, especially at night. The manufacturer really needs to improve on the control panel. If it were well lit, I would give the chair 5 Stars.

I researched massage chairs in person before looking on Amazon. I found one with all the features I wanted and purchased it for much less than in a retail store.It arrived on time in perfect condition, well wrapped and easy to assemble. For a small fee they delivered it to my upstairs bedroom. It was heavy so I am glad I had it delivered upstairs.Blue tooth works great and all sorts of different adjustments to get the perfect massage. I love that this massage chair has heater on calf, seat, back, also you can adjust legs and feet to your size something that other ones at a higher price dont offer, zero gravity is the best part cause you you can spend more than 15, 30 minutes and relaxes your body so much that my wife and i always fell asleep, also if you have disc problems like my wife then you will also get great results, we highly recommended.

This replaced my former massage chair. I am 5'6" and my head is just a little short of the neck massage, but putting a pillow under me solves that when I want a neck massage. It is easy to use and looks very nice. The are two reasons for not giving it a 5 Star Rating: 1) There is no backlight on the control panel so the chair must be used in a lighted room. Since I use my chair in the TV Room I came up with an inexpensive and easy fix. I purchased a small book reading lamp that is velcroed to the control panel and I turn the light on and off when I need to see the controls. 2) The instructions are very sparse and do not tell you how to get it into the manual mode. An online instruction book would be nice. I found that when it starts up it is in the auto mode and pressing one of the function buttons (like back massage) switches it into the manual mode and then you can select exactly what you want. I find this chair well worth the money and a less expensive choice over its $5,000 brothers. I am very happy with this purchase.

I picked a chair that had a larger seating area but still is a little short(doesn’t extend to knee). I guess at this price point it does a decent job although for a 6’0 and 260# guy, it’s a bit of a squeeze. The seat massager just seems to vibrate, the back and shoulder rollers feel pretty good.

I was customer with Amazon for a long time , my experience very very bad , the problem I purchase an item very very expensive, but the remote was damaged , the manufacturer didn’t respond and the pickup from Amazon never showed up
