You don't need to use steam even but brush is truly amazing can perfectly brush cat and it will remove loads of fur. After brushing fur is very shiny and cat is not loosing much fur for the next up to a week

The media could not be loaded.  Doesn't work at all, the comb teeth to wide appart which makes it's impossible to remove any unwanted fur

My cat is very long haired, so was keen to try this out. Unfortunately the low hissing sound the product gave off just scared my cat so I got about 3 brush strokes out of it. Probably be really good if your cat is less anxious

Love it as it gets almost all the fur off my cats and do not pull fur

I had really high hopes for this one, but taste of disappointment was never far away. The product itself is OK, delivered slightly battered on the outside but it didn't affect the brush itself. Even if it did, it wouldn't make much of a difference. There was no vial with whatever included in the package. Then the brushing process is more of pushing the hair from one side to the other, little stays on the brush, lots on you. Although I gave it two stars because it does brush the hair from clothes quite on. The misting/ spraying thing is not what I'd call cat friendly. But this could be because my cat is fiend from hell and hates anything related to water. But she loves being brushed. She didn't appreciate this one though and I can't really blame her. It may work for very long haired cats. Mine isn't one of those, she's short haired and slightly diabolic

It does what is advertised

It’s not a steam brush, but a vapour brush. Reasonably effective
