Lawry's CaseroSmoked Paprika, 2 oz (Pack of 1)

What can I say? I have recently been using a lot more paprika in my cooking. I have regular paprika, but I thought smoked paprika would taste or smell better. And I was right, it does!What a great smell and taste it has. This is really going to jazz up some recipes I already use.

No distracting heat, like I found with Badia.No bitterness, like I found with Badia.Sweet, smoked paprika that makes my rubs great, is perfect on eggs, is marvy for anything else.I wish this came in pounds.

Not up to par with Chiquilin smokey paprika, but it will do if Chiquilin cannot be found.I have been trying to replenish my pantry with Chiquilin for the last six to 8 months, maybe longer.Since I was considering trying to smoke my own paprika, I am happy to have found Lawry’s Smoked Paprika. It is always nice to find a second resource of a favorite spice, especially one that is difficult to find.It does not quite have the flavor or smokiness of Chiquilin, but it runs a close second.Buy Chiquilin when you can, but keep this in mind for a good substitute when necessary.

This is my favorite brand after buying my first case. I love the flavor and literally use this on almost everything. I do wish it didn't have any additives for freshness but from my understanding there's no health risk supposedly. It would be awesome if your company offered the same paprika without any additive for free flowing or freshness. The amount I eat is ridiculous so I'm sure there has to be some type of health consequence from the free flowing agent. Other than that excellent smoked paprika.
