As a new dog owner and someone who lives in a place with lots of ticks, the TiCK MiTT is an essential item I always keep with me for any outdoor adventures. It is super easy to use, and such an affordable option for such an efficient product. It has relieved the stress of going outside in the summer for me AND my pup!

My friend recommended the TickMitt to me because we visit upstate NY regularly during the summer and the deer population there is dense. The TickMitt is easy to use and we use it every time my dog plays in the bushes or forest and always at the end of the day. Really works, and snags the tics. Still check my dog completely, but the product seems to have found any tics each time. Highly recommended for pet owners living or visiting any area that has deer or tics.

There is no obvious mechanism that would make ticks adhere to this glove. It’s not sticky, it doesn’t have hooks like Velcro, nor teeth like a comb. I have previously determined that I am getting ticks after I get home. My precautions include plenty of DEET, proper clothes followed by an inspection and shower afterwards. I began to suspect infestation from the dogs after finding a tick crawling up my arm after petting the dogs several hours later. So this time I hiked with the dogs into a known tick-infested area. Then I rubbed both dogs down with the glove and did not pull off a single tick. Later, after a shower and thorough inspection, I found 3 ticks crawling on me. Do not waste your money.Also, if you wear a 2x men’s glove, prepare for a wrestling match to get this on.

This is a must have for any outdoor enthusiast. As someone with close friends who has had Lyme Disease, the mitt is so easy to use and takes away the worry. Can’t wait to bring this with me on the golf course and when we go hiking!!

We bought the tick mitt and use it every day after taking our dog to the dog park that she loves to roll in the long grass. We found 2 ticks in the first week using tick mitt and our dog loves to be rubbed down. She has gotten used to the routine. It’s so easy to pop in the dryer and good as new. We will buy another soon.

Have you ever tried to dig through a German Shepard’s hair? It’s Next to impossible to find ticks, but with this glove I can just rub him down and get all of them within a minute. Really comforts us knowing our dog doesn't have any unwanted guest’s riding passenger.

Doesn't even try to snag a tick on a pass over it. Even when the tick is in plain site, an moving (not at all clinging to the dog). Multiple slow passes in multiple directions -- ZERO attempt from the mitt to snag the tick. Maybe it works on different kinds of ticks in a different location......$60 wiping mitt for my work bench ? Vendor should pull the product. Money should be returned.
