HK Kitchen Plastic Bread Slicer with Smiley Face Magnet, Brown

Love this slicer, I am useless at cutting bread, it is either doorsteps or wafer thin and crooked, this solved the problem, I bake my own bread, I use the Morphy Richards bread machine to bake a 2Ib loaf and this fits in the slicer with ease, I also use the machine to make dough and I bake 1IB bloomer loaves and have no problem with this type of loaf either. My bread knife has an 8inch blade and this works, but some may prefer to use a longer blade, that is down to personal choice. I love this and will buy another when it wears out for sure.

Used for the first time today. I found the slices to be either too thin or too thick and the product wasn't sturdy. It doesn;t grip the worktop and moves around as I am trying to slice the bread and it's difficult trying to push the loaf down hard enough whilst slicing to stop the whole contraption from moving around. The plastic is also a bit flimsy. However, it does give you even slices if you persevere and the compromise for the quality is the relatively low price paid.

Doesn’t hold bread so after you’ve cut a few slices, moved the bread along, as the bottom doesn’t grip the loaf, you cut ‘wedges’. Waste of money

Excellent product, does what it was designed to do. Arrived on time.

This was a total waste of money. Poorly constructed and difficult to use. It is probably the worst bread slicer on the market
