I bought this Item as a replacement for an existing low energy security light that I was unhappy with.The old light has a cool white bulb which is very bright but is awful for seeing in, due to the harshness of the light.I was offered this light at at discount to give an honest and fair review, so I thought I would try it out to see if it is a viable replacement for my existing light.First I wired the light up to a plug and armed with an extension lead I shone the light out of my back bedroom window in the same area my existing light covers and was immediately impressed with the coverage the light gives.The light is a more natural light which is easier to see in.The unit is incredibly compact and lightweight 7"x 7" and only 1.5" deepThe unit has an IP 66 rating which is great to prevent dust and water ingress.I was very impressed with this light and will be installing it on a permanent basis as soon as I get the chance,as this will compliment my cctv cameras as well as providing good "useful" light.and improve visibility
