This product has a lot of minerals that the body definitely needs after just a week I felt better and had more energy.. I thought it was gonna taste horrible but it was just earthy definitely worth the try

I love the energy boost and health benefits I seem to get from this resin but definitely mix it with something tasty like your regular coffee with creamer or into a protein shake because just dissolved in warm water like the container suggests is not great.

This was my 2nd silijit purchase. First brand I got wasn't available. Same mgs as the other roughly the same price. First off the measuring spoon provided is a folding tea spoon with zero marking so it's useless so ended up buying a proper measuring spoon. I did give it the burn, and residue test and passed so it's real.... really poor quality First brand I felt immediately and and after the first week tip top. This stuff I'm week 2 and not feeling anything so extremely disappointed DONT WASTE YOUR $ ON THIS BRAND PEROID!

Been taking this brand of shilajit for a few days now and already loving this brand compared to others. Overall smell smells like coffee. I melt a spoonful in hot water, let it cool a bit and add it to my morning shake. I love the health benefits shilajit has for your body. I already feel more focused and can't wait to see what it does for me in a week or two. Definitely will be buying this brand again.

First off, it smells so good! It smells like coffee. However, it doesn’t taste like it. It takes some getting used to, but it’s better mixed with something.
