Easy to clean and a good size

it should be OK for hard cheese although the tiny feet on the bottom will be under pressure
Using for making 1kg hard cheese size is nice for this

Impeccable pour égoutter du fromage blanc maison. Contient très largement une préparation avec trois litres de lait, donc la taille de la faisselle est TRES conséquente (15x15cm).

Attention ce moule est parfaitement vertical, ce qui rend le retournement du fromage un peu difficile, car il sort mal du moule.
