The capsule is easy to swallow and did not have a noticeable taste. Did not have any negative side effects. Hard to tell if it really does anything.

I like to take NAC for health/mood/and sleep, and these work pretty well. I take 4 of them at a time, and while I have noticed that they don't seem as strong as some of the other brands I take, they still do a good job at improving my mood and helping me fall asleep. I only take them at night. If there is a weird "fart" smell to this, it's normal and part of the NAC smell (although some brands have it less.) Selenium also has a pretty strong smell to it, and these capsules contain that, too.

I'm so happy to see NAC for sale on Amazon again! Selenium and molybdenum are minerals used by the body to convert NAC to glutathione, which is the reason we are taking NAC, so I like the formulation. Never heard of Nutreture before, so I looked it up -- apparently it is a very new brand.Another reviewer thought that the batch was bad because it smelled like rotten eggs, but NAC contains sulfur, and that smell is typical with sulfur-containing supplements. Rotten eggs smell the way they do because of hydrogen sulfide. To me that smell is a good sign that the pills actually do contain NAC.

Nutreture NAC Supplements | NAC N-Acetyl Cysteine 600 mg with Selenium & Molybdenum is touted to improve lung function, brain function, improve mental health functions, boost brain health, and improve fertility in men and women. At 73, I'm not concerned with fertility, but I can always use the other improvements!! I've been taking it for a few weeks but so far there has been no improvement in any of the other areas. If I find any changes, I promise to update this review and let you know. It may not have had time to work yet. At only 14 cents per day, it isn't costly so I'll keep taking it and hope for some improvement. I will decide late whether to recommend it or not.

I take NAC regularly for immune support. And that's why I got this bottle, and it had very little fillers in it which I'm really cautious about these days. However the bottle came dirty, looked like it had something spilled on it and there was no outside seal on the bottle. The inside had its seal however. When I opened it up it had a smell of rotten eggs, not super strong but definitely I don't have confidence in taking this product.
