I just received the product almost two weeks after I ordered it. Way too long without explanation other than some sort of delay was encountered. I was further disappointed to discover the product photo is misleading. It seemed to indicate the product has an auto rotate feature. What I now see is that the roller I thought was part of a auto rotate mechanism is actually a reflection from a polished chrome junction box side panel.

I didn't have many reviews to go on but saving $200 over the Greenlee version justified taking the chance on this heater. This box is built sturdy. It has a big heating element. I was going to make an attachment to turn the conduit for me but it heats up 2" conduit so fast its not like you can walk away. With one man cutting, one operating the heater, and one shaping and cooling the conduit, the heater is not a week link. It could easily keep up with 2 people shaping and cooling. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE.

Great product

It looks good! Not cheaply made. Works fast. I forgot how fast these heaters can get hot. I did burn one 1 1/2" pipe that I left unattended for just a minute. I would recommend and purchase again!

Heats up pretty fast! Took it out in the cold, heated up 2” PVC quickly!
