I have used this product before and loved it; however, I think this was old product. The root product stinks. The shampoo and conditioner smells old. I need to return.

Root lifter felt like sprayed alcohol. Ends were dry and frayed. Tried to return but was denied.Ulta will allow returns. When I purchased it said ok to return in 30 days. Disappointed.
