Formula 1 2009 (Wii)

I'm not normally into race games - but I really enjoyed this one. There may be 'purists' who find fault - but if you want an F1 game this isnt bad at all. I did find it difficult to control the car at first (whether with a wheel or the remote and chuck) - but as I improved bit by bit I felt a sense of achievement. Perhaps its a plus that its not too easy once you strip out the assist functions? There probably will be improvements to this game - but for me it had what I wanted and has become highly adictive :-) A great game for the WII.

Being a huge racing fan and a f1 fan I've been waiting for this game for ages.The game itself is just pure fun once you have master the driving and car controls ur be on a winner. There quick racing with 3 laps or the championship where u race to win the sesions all of the track from the f1calendar are there and driver. My only bad point is that it not on the Xbox. Remember grand prix 4 for the pc this game take off were that stop.Don't be put of with the 2 star review.

Both my 7 year old son and my husband love this game. We bought it because some friends had it who's boys (aged 7 and thirtysomething!) had it and said how good it was. Would highly recommend.

Codemasters have put together a game that gives a quick fix of entertainment - but as soon as you go into any depth it is severely lacking.Good points:- Easy to drive- Looks good- Fairly accurate reflection of 2009 cars, regs and tracks (although every contender has KERS).Bad points:- Significant frame-rate slowdown at some circuits and in heavy traffic. Running the Wii in 50Hz mode is better, but not a solution.- Driving physics are not very realistic, you can't carry any corner speed- Odd control layouts give you a sore hand unless you are using the Wii Wheel.- Car setup options do not have logical effects (wing setting does not affect top speed, oversteer is always faster through the corners)- Removing the driver aids makes the car almost impossible to drive. The aids themselves are too restrictive (you can apply full throttle before the apex of hairpins and not break traction)- Computer AI? What AI?To sum up, treat it as an arcade racer, not a sim, and you won't be too disappointed.

This product was described as ‘good’ condition. If you look at the picture the box is cracked the paper insert is torn and the plastic is damaged. I would not consider this ‘good’ condition

Warned this has slight scratch but could not actually see anything wrong. Been played and played, so very pleased. Good value for so much entertainment.Would recommend to anyone who likes motor racing.Delivery date kept.

Very disappointed with this game was looking forward to getting it and playing it but there is only one control setting where you have to tilt the remote to steer the car and it is so imprecise the car is out of control and more or less impossible to keep on the track even in beginner mode and it is hugely frustrating, apparently the controls are different and better if you use a Classic Wii Remote but I didn't know this when I bought the game and I don't have one.

Arrivato nei tempi previsti ed assieme ad un volante (non era scritto nell'offerta) ed al manuale di istruzioni in Italiano. Il gioco, nonostante sia del 2009, è molto carino per Wii, un vero peccato che da allora la Codemaster si sia dedicata solo a piattaforme più evolute. Il costo è elevato visto che si tratta di un gioco usato ma il giudizio è molto positivo.

It has been hard for me to adjust to the steering, especially after using saga sonic all star racing.

Giunto nei tempi previsti da Amazon. Gioco bello, in italiano, accattivante e funzionante. Pacco ben confezionato. Lo consiglio vivamente agli amanti della F1

Ottimo titolo divertentissimo. Grafica vecchia generazione ma decente.
