Latvian Cookbook: Traditional Authentic Recipes from Latvia

This is a print-on-demand waste of paper set of mediocre recipes pulled from Google, gussied up with ChatGPT. Many of the recipes repeat several times in order to pad the “book” out to an acceptable length - and it’s only 30 pages, and 18 or so recipes.

No photos, lots of mistakes and some of the dishes are wrong and not proper Latvian. I question whether this book was written by a Latvian or someone who just went to Riga for a weekend...If you are looking for a Latvian cookbook, this is not the one....
