Hello.Just to let you know I'm not happy with the Go_ cart I bought. The pedal train is faulty I heard something banging inside and the pedal is slacking my daughter age 9 didn't get enjoy her Go_ cart after it took me 1 year to put the money together to buy it for her birthday. Can you please confirm if you can change it for her. Await your answer. Karen

Plastic steering wheel is rough at edges, product in general look about £70-80 worth’s not a total of £200 !!! Product is flimsy, instructions even say ‘ if this becomes loose tighten’So spending £200 on a metal pole plastic steering wheel and front guard that is going to keep slipping I’d say we were well and truly ripped off

chain keeps comming off. not as good as expeted
