I bought a crossbow last hunting season and sighted it in at the range and than practiced a bit using a foam block. I used an arrow lube and still couldn’t get the arrows out of the foam target. I’m in pretty decent shape but couldn’t budge them. My daughters 17 year old boyfriend is about 225 and into weight training and I had to laugh as he pulled as hard as he could and the arrows didn’t budge! He even got on top of the block and pulled. The problem is not getting a good grip on the arrow and having it slide through your hands. The tool is definitely pricey but I wanted to start practicing for the upcoming season and I needed to be able to easily remove the arrows from the target. The tool came in and I was curious if it would work and tried it right away. All I can say is it’s Amazing! Pulled free easily without strain. Because it’s solving what was a big challenge in getting in my practice it was worth every penny.

This thing is fantastic. A little pricey, but it'll pay for itself the first time you have to pull a $20 arrow from any target. I cannot recommend it enough for anyone shooting at 3D or burlap targets. The long grip also lets you grip down on an arrow/bolt and twist it to break it loose from the target as well.

This is the greatest arrow removal. Have not found one arrow that it didn't allow me to get out without any damage.

Works like champ and it's metal and rubber. Worked awesome for sighting bow.

The device is a excellent gripping tool, however I found it difficult if not impossible using only arm strength, to remove an arrow without using a lever and a fulcrum block beneath the edge of the gripping tool. An addition of a lever to the tool would make it more useful.

This is there best archery purchase I've made. I had been practicing at a DNR archery range that has targets for field points and broad heads but my crossbow was burying my bolts so deep it would take me 5-10 minutes to pull each one out. This pulls them out right away without any struggle. I stayed at the range and shot much more than I anticipated because it was so easy. This item is a little pricey but it's well worth it.

Decided to try the Double D’s Magnum Grip Arrow Puller and Crossbow Bolt Puller after getting 4 arrows out of my Scorpyd Aculeus 460 hopelessly stuck in a Morrell Vital Signs Foam Archery Target. And I mean hopelessly stuck! Almost to the fletching on a couple. Rubber gloves, both hands, both feet braced on the target and damned the fletching. Still I was only barely able to get 1 out of the 5 I fired into the target out. Honestly, figured I might have to just cut off the arrows and sell the target to someone shooting a slower bow or xbow.Well, FedEx just delivered the Double D’s Magnum Grip Arrow Puller I ordered from Amazon. In a matter of minutes all 4 arrows were out of the target with no damage, even though I had to clamp right over most of the fletching on 2 of the arrows. Just a slight twist counterclockwise to break the weld and they came right out with no major effort.Wow is all I can say. If you shoot a fast bow or xbow into layered or foam type targets you NEED one of these. $50, but well worth it.

This is the best arrow puller you can buy, hands down, but is reflected in the price.Recommended.
