Orijin BeesFro Melody Baby Bee Doll - African American, Latino, Afro Baby Doll, Curly Hair, Birthday Gift

My 2 1/2 year old saw this doll in the Amazon Christmas book and reminded me maybe 100 times that she wanted it for Christmas! So of course Santa brought it and she is in love! The doll is very well made too and I love the matching headband. It was a little bit pricey but I think worth it for a special occasion!

After carefully considering which doll would be the best match for my little girl, I selected the Orijin Bees Sweet Joy Baby Bee Doll. I noticed there were only two left in stock at Amazon. But when the doll arrived, it was the wrong doll. I ordered the remaining Sweet Joy Baby Bee Doll and after it shipped from the warehouse, I began the process to return the wrong doll. After waiting for 10 days the other doll never came and Amazon showed zero left in stock. I waited two more weeks until Amazon said that my order may be lost! (that’s never happened to me) I contacted the seller via Amazon and there was some back and forth. I searched everywhere online but it was sold out in the United States.I had a crazy though to see if Orijin had a TikTok page, they did! I reached out to Orijin via TikTok in August, and they immediately responded. First, they offered to check their warehouse and then communicated that they were sold out but would restock in time for the holidays. The real time communication was very much appreciated. A month and half later (October) to my surprise, Orijin reached out to me via TikTok(!) to inform me that the doll was back in stock and that they were shipping it to me!! Unbelievably fantastic customer service, the right doll arrived today, and I cannot wait to present it to my little girl, she will be over the moon happy with a doll she can see herself in. Thank you Orijin for creating a product critical to a little girl’s self-esteem and thank you also for your wonderful customer service, truly world-class.

This doll misses no detail. It is high quality, and my 2-year old loves her, bringing her wherever she goes.

I purchased this doll 4 times. I didn’t pay attention to the different shades of the doll as a selling point. Purchased for my 6 year old niece/bff🤣 She looked adorable with her but she was a beautiful mocha. My niece is latte ( I know I hate to use food items to describe the beautiful shades of our melanin rich skin tone. Please forgive me). So I ordered her another one and one for my future granddaughter.

I wanted to get a doll for my mixed daughter that would share some of her physical traits. The original order was lost in transit and the buyer reshipped right away. I could not be happier with the customer service I received. Then when I got the doll, the quality was so impressive. My daughter absolutely loves her doll.
