4 Slice toaster
The toaster crisps contents nicely and has settings selection dial (as do most). It looks nice and fits in with decor..part of purchase reason. Basically wanted a slimline toaster for long slices of Turkish bread and pittas. They sort of fit ok. The only problem is average sized supermarket bread types. Standing 4 slices up...they protrude over the top of the toaster.....leaving a white area of bread untoasted. Therefore the slices have to go one in each slot lengthways (that's 2 slices a time) ...bit annoying and still protrude slightly above the top. So I would say unless you want to cut your ordinary bread in half to get it fully browned top to bottom, go for something with more depth. Manufacturers have not thought this through sufficiently.I have given this 3 stars for the inconvenience.

Not brill
Only cooks half a slice at a time...you have to cut the bread in half to toast it....

Disappointing purchase.
If you want a slim style toaster that will toast 4 standard slices of bread this one will only toast two thirds up the slice this means you then turn the slice around or trim the slice, it then takes twice as long and burns the bread. Not fit for purpose.

Perfect if you like burned toast.
Sadly this is one of my poorest purchases. It looks good but performes badly. Temperature controls is either not toasted or burnt! I have decided after 6 weeks of the smell of burned toast throughout the house is to put it in the bin.

Wish I hadn't bought it
I thought this toaster would be a good buy because my pans are the same make and I am very pleased with their quality and performance. However this toaster was a waste of money because it is too shallow to toast anything other than crumpets. Using bread from a standard loaf means that only the bottom 2.5ins gets brown and even bread laid on its side sticks up above the toaster. The knob that indicates the level of browning has a small dimple to indicate the position and this is almost impossible to see--I had to colour it in. It has been very badly thought out.
