I recently moved into a new flat and it is a mess. As you can see from the picture the oven hadn't been cleaned for a very long time. I tried every cream, spray and kit and nothing touched that hard caked on grime. I finally did a lot of research and bought this steam gun after looking at a lot of others. It worked!!! It was hard work, it's not just spray and it all comes off but if you use the metal scrub attachment and put in some elbow grease (no pun intended) this steam gun will get it clean!!I'd actually give it a 4.5 for few niggles but I wanted to round up and not down because I'm so happy with it. The niggles- the plastic scrub brush attachment melted and deformed the bristles very quickly, it's pretty much useless. The brass scrubber brush attacment holds up well to hard scrubbing but it did manage to unscrew itself and pop off twice and when you are wearing the gloves it can be hard to put back on.Overall however it is VERY easy to use- the tank is very simple and quick to fill and refill, it heats up very fast so if you need to refill during your work it only takes about a minute. The controls are very easy to use and adjust on the fly. The lock feature on the wand is VERY nice and one of the reasons I went with this unit- when you're scrubbing away its very handy to have the gun able to keep itself on.A few notes for safe use- DO wear the gloves, this steam is HOT HOT HOT and you can feel it even with the gloves. Be careful it does splash the few odd drops of water and they are hot as well. Most importantly mind the hose- its is very easy to lose track of it and let it brush against your arm and it is HOT, I had to change to a long sleeve shirt for a little protection.I really love this steamer and I am SO happy I bought it- I can't recommend it enough.

There is also quite a lot of water so have a towel handy to mop up and feel the satisfaction of a job well done!In conclusion, the Cayama Steam Cleaner has exceeded my expectations. My Initial impression was impressive about this product however after using it for cleaning different items and objects, i found a difficulty to steam clean utensils in one hand and hand wiping with the other hand due to the long size of the gun, so you have to do it in two steps which reduce the efficiency of cleaning as well as time consuming process.The provided accessories are not that useful due to the long size of the gun and difficulty to move the gun back and forth with one hand during steam cleaning.The long gun feature of this product found it useful to clean walls, AC or floors.Another negative point about this product is customer service, the 2yrs warranty email NOT provided although been contacted twice regarding this matter.

Range of nozzles help for lots of applications. Great for degreasing kitchen cupboards and cleaning UPVC.

This product has lots of good reviews but why? It does not reach 100 C for a start and on my test it only got to 66 C. It also leaves a lot of water everywhere plus the lead and hose are not very long. Altogether very disappointed with the product and prefer my Karcher which at least gets to 75 C. The high temperature is why I bought in the first place. I have returned the product.

It is quick and handy, steamer work fine but it dripped water and the stubborn stains on my blinds did not get removed that I expected.

produces loads of steam and heats up fast. on the dry setting it gives out only steam, no water. higher settings pump out a little hot water and are great for cleaning the bathroom.
