This thing was larger than expected. Living in Florida pests always take the liberty of flying inside everytime I open the door. Problem solved after hanging this guy up in the doorway! Pretty satisfying hearing the loud pop of Justice.Not going to lie, it was so effective I waited for night and put it near my trash cans the night before pickup. After giving the cans a firm kick It was like watching fireworks. I feel bad for the flies but they should really reconsider their life choices. My only regret is not bringing popcorn but It probably would've distracted the flies anyway.

I've now bought 4 of these. Two for me, and two for my sister. They are fantastic, and effective. One warning: This is a bare bones product, with none of the safety things that you see in some products. I like this thing. It works! It just vaporizes bugs, as long as they can fit. Even tiny bugs get zapped and annihilated by these things. No problem with any of them. Just place in a safe location, and let it kill. Understand that the thing will make a noise, and I'm sill startled, even many months after my first one was deployed. And the body parts from the bugs can fly out from the device, when they get electrocuted. No problem for me, just a little more protein to recycle.This is followup - The most recent purchased has a problem. I've seen it a few times now. It makes the spark, the sound a little louder, but it's at the connector (socket). Not an insect. Dangerous? How do I contact them?

This will be a great addition to the patio this summer! Living in the Midwest (northern IL) there are a lot of mosquitoes and flys! This will be perfect for sitting outside at night enjoying the weather!

Boy does this thing work!! You can’t live in Arizona and not have one of these! Hell get one for each room! It kills the smallest mosquitos even. Very effective!

I seriously have to rethink about shopping on Amazon - love the convenience - HATE the bogus reviews. I bought this think because it was VERY highly rated. The negative reviews were minimal so I thought it they were possible fake reviews from competitors. Turns out that either A) i really got a lemon unit or B) a good portion of the praise is total BS. I wish Amazon policed this better. This product is worthless. I literally watched 3 different flies (house fly, small and not on steroids) fly into this thing, get zapped, dust themselves off and fly again. about 1 in 3 fliesactually die. If I had no life I would literally make a little video and post it. Anyways, returning it and will try to find one that can actually do the job.

Bought the end of April, put into service about 8 weeks ago. First bulb died about 2 weeks ago, second bulb died this weekend, giving this about a 2 month service life. These are sold by " whoever " it changes constantly , the names keep changing, but they are all the same, I usually get 1 full summers use out of one of these and pitch them, now we are down to 2 months, that's not working for me anymore, gonna have to step up and buy a real one. Value is not there. When they work, they work fine, but if the bulbs are dead,,, yeah and Im not gonna bet the guts will survive through another set of bulbs.. to bad, they value engineeered this thing past the point of me buying another..BTW, service environment for this was my air conditioned office, just to kill the flys that make it in the office.. this is also on a voltage controled power distribution for IT equipment so it was not exposed to voltage fluctuations, weather, or even much of a load... junk !

Comes pre-assembled, just take it out of the box and plug it in. Has a removable tray for easy cleaning and comes with a metal chain so you can hang the unit on the wall. Seems to work great, we've had a few bugs get zapped already and we're not in bug season yet.

The PestZilla does an excellent job of zapping the gnats, flies, and other bugs flying in my house. I bought a second one even! Well made. Comes fully assembled ready to plug in. Negatives: 1. The Instructions are very poor. Bulb replacement is MUCH more difficult than it should be. Removing the wrong cover of the two, I still could not remove the bulb which are glued in!! The tiny screws are so tight one stripped the slots. 2. Even unplugged and in the off mode, I still got ZAPPED when I reached for the bulb. 3. This uses about one bulb every two weeks and begins turning black almost immediately. So order at least two spares, preferably 4, cause you are going to need them. 4. Scares the cat. Oh, that isn't necessarily a bad thing. 5. The bug tray sits on two long bars in the bottom, one of which is cracking already. I HAVE TO RATE THIS PRODUCT AS UNACCEPTABLE DO TO SHOCK REPLACING BULBS
