The media could not be loaded.  I have textured tile that I just can't seem to get clean. After trying 3 different mops, including a bissel crosswave, and many different methods my floors where still discolored and our feet where always very dirty. I bought this steam mop in hopes to get the floors clean and I'm blown away. I used the scrub head without the cloth, and sucked up and did a hot water rinse with the bissel. This was the easiest quick method and I'll go back with a hot water mop at the end to make sure all filth is up. My floors look brand new. I can't believe how much mud and filth was being steamed out of the texture. The video shows my before and after, and this was after using the bissel crosswave to mop with hot water and vinegar.

it did seem to be well made and it was very maneuverable. for my part i didn't like the water left behind and the lack of scrubbing. like i said not sure what i expected as it was the first time trying it out. used it on kitchen and bathroom linoleum. item returned, which did work fine.

I finally used this today for the first time and It literally EXPLODED. I freaked out and disconnected the machine and smoke kept coming out so I quickly grabbed it and put it outside. Once it hit the ground outside it caught on FIRE. DONT BUY THIS ITS NOT SAFE AT ALL!

This is my 3rd. I’m kinda rough on them. This one seems to be heavier duty. Except for the two straight extensions are not sturdy at all. Lots of useful attachments, easy to use and heats up quick. Wonderful way to clean the house without chemicals. Safer cleaning for my 4 pups..!

This is a powerful little steamer. I love that it comes with so many attachments that it is versatile in what it can clean. I haven't tried all the attachments yet, but it did work well on my floors and baseboards. I like that the cord length is long enough that I don't have to struggle to find an outlet nearby, making it easier to use. It has cleaned my floors better than I expected, and I think it is a good value for what it can do. I also like that it is a fairly small piece of equipment, so I'm not struggling to move it along as I clean.
