When my son was in this, he liked to turn to his side and the entire thing would start to tilt. We got the box and instructions in a different language, we requested a new book in English. Once we got it, it was still pretty confusing to put together. However the customer service for the mishap was on top of it and took care of things very quickly.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  We purchased this as we wanted a swing where baby could lay flat on back and have side to side motion. The product took really long to receive. I think its shipped from China. The swing quality (considering its price) is ok and not as good as Graco's swings. The pillow that came in the box was tampered. All the assembly instructions are in Chinese but assembly is not difficult. It took me 10 minutes to assemble. It does the job its supposed to do. The best thing about it is the remote control operation.UPDATE: Automatic functions stopped working after 3 months. Returning the product.

Update: 5 stars for the product and support. I have got replacement part as per my request. I would highly recommend.Product is as described. I would have given 5 stars if the following issues are addressed.1. Some stain in cloth2. Package was open and does not look brand new3. Latch clip to hold the cradle is broken / not latching4. One side of the bassinet fixing is misaligned, had to file the rod end (few millimeters length adjustment) to get it locked.

I never got to use the product because it was a pain in the butt to assemble. Some steps in the instruction manual does not match the parts on the product, and the main bars that structure the bassinet are too long. It took my husband and I an hour to figure out the basics, then we were just over it. It’s very upsetting because I was really looking forward to use it for our baby.

Overall it is a good thing to buy, however, it requires lots of batteries to run. I had to change like every 2-3 days, otherwise, it swings so low. I love the music and sound.

Just had my baby had to have a cesarean but having a remote control to rock my baby without having to jump out of bed right away is fantastic.

Worked like a charm, baby slept instantly with rocking
