EPHESUS: Hardcover Workout Journal.This workout logbook puts your workouts on a different level. It's designed not just for elite athletes, but also for people who want to start tracking their progress and setting up goals to achieve, little by little with every detail recorded it makes you want to do more reps and see a difference in progress faster.It is overall versatile: men/women, elite/amature, strength/cardio, you can keep track of a variety of workouts though predominantly it is meant for strength training and cardio. The pages contain detailed log schedules, with tracking of your body parameters, food intake and workout quality.Very presentable design with a hardcover and spiral ring binding for ease of use and versatility, makes it a good choice of a gift for your friends and family, who are hitting the gym routinely or need some motivation with goal setting.

This exercise journal is excellent for what I need. I can enter the dates and exercises I do either on a daily or weekly time frame. I love it. Great product.

20 weeks tracking journal
This hardcover spiral binding workout journal has pretty much everything to keep track of your workout as well as other type of goals/measurement.The journal include the following:• 6 Months calendar (1 page): to cross off the days you have worked out. (Image advertised is different from what is actually in the book)• Body Measurement page (1page): Allow to track at 6 different time your body parts, including Body mass and Body fat %, there is also a separate section to track personal records as well. (Image advertised is different from what is actually in the book)• My Exercises (1 page): Two column page to list your exercise type as a reference maybe, there isn’t much info on it.• Track your progress (1page): To track your progress up to 20 weeks. The first two are for your weight and body fat % and you can log 5 others of your choices.• Plan progress Goals (2 pages): Log your progress for each goal up to 10 goals. (Image advertised is different from what is actually in the book)• Tracking sheets (68 double sided tracking sheets+1 single side page): Each day you log up to 8 exercises up to 6 sets and 2 cardio sessions. There is a total of 137 tracking sheets (20 weeks of tracking).It is a decent workout journal that capture almost everything you need to get you started. I noticed that most of the pages advertised are slightly different or completely different from what I received. So make sure you look at my pictures to see what you will be actually getting.

Spirals become flimsy
First time ai have bought a hardcover workout book. The spirals become flimsy after getting halfway through. I prefer the softcover version. Overall a great product

It's not strictly a daily journal, which I find very accommodating for my sometimes unpredictable routine.While the paper is about the thickness of standard printer paper and not ideal for very inky pens, it's sufficient for regular use and easy to write on without worrying about bleed-through. Additionally, its wire-bound design makes it simple to keep the journal open on today's entry, which is quite handy during a busy gym session.Switching to a physical journal from digital apps has been refreshing. There’s something genuinely satisfying about physically writing down your fitness achievements. It not only motivates me but also gives me a clearer overview of my progress.This workout journal would also make a thoughtful gift for someone who is starting to take their health and fitness seriously.
