Bottom line- if you a runner, an adventurer, or outdoor extreme sports person then the buff is for you. Buffs are outstanding. You can wear them almost daily and for most things outdoors. wear them to jog, bike, hike, hunt, and even play squash or raquetball in the summer heat.
