Well made and easy to fit so long as you know what your doing. Replaced an aged unit in about an hour.

Had this installed for over a year now and it has been perfect. I have my caravan and doorbell plugged into it and can't fault it! Easy to install (if you know the right people) and is extremely weatherproof. Would recommend any day

I like this, it comes complete with grommets for the wire to feed thro, keeping water and spiders out of the connections. It has an led light to show it's on, and the cover has a handy hole for a small padlock to be attached so nobody steals your electric. Feels good quality, better than some I saw at my DIY centre at 3x the price. The front cover is see through so you can see the led light, handy for a quick glance to make sure you've not forget to turn things off. Ideal for outside Xmas/Halloween lights etc.

Easy to fit and works well. Looks well designed.

Socket is offset to the left slightly. The cable entry point below it is right in the centre. For a normal small sized cable it’s not a problem but for a thick cable going in, I have had to trim the plastic casing . This is not ideal as it would normally compromise the weatherproof nature of the socket. However, I am fortunate that it’s located in a sheltered outdoor area( storm porch)

Utilizzata per creare un punto esterno con due prese. Facile il montaggio (consiglio però fiches di altre marche se volete una stabilità molto alta), è veramente ben protetta da infiltrazioni esterne.Tra le due parti che lo compongono c'è un gommino ben fatto che aderisce bene e sigilla l'interno una volta aver stretto tutte le viti.Anche la copertura frontale (semi-trasparente e scura) assicura un buon isolamento.

très bon produit (installé sous plan de travail de cuisine. il est dommage que les orifices d'entrée de fils (surtout latéraux) ne soient pas en caoutchouc et découpables pour s'adapter aux diamètre extérieur du câble d'alimentation et de dérivation...Espace suffisant pour les raccords et laisser un peu de marge. fixation du cadre sur fond avec 4 vis. Couvercle en plexiglass avec verrouillage à clip/levier. pas de chevilles ni vis de fixation, ni obturateurs caoutchouc pour passage de fil d'allimentation ou de de dérivation vers autre boitier.

Die Steckdose ist gut verarbeitet und macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Alle Teile sind leicht zugänglich und der Kabelanschluss geht schnell von der Hand.Da es sich um eine Steckdose für den Außenbereich handelt, betont der Hersteller an mehreren Stellen die Dichtigkeit seines Produktes. Dementsprechend legt er 2 x 4 Abdichtungen für die Verschraubungen bei.Und hier setzt auch mein einziger Kritikpunkt ein:Wenn Sie das Loch für den Kabeleinlass an der vorgestanzten Stelle an der Gehäuse-Rückseite ausschneiden, ist der Durchmesser viel zu groß und das Kabel hat reichlich Spielraum in der Einlass-Öffnung (das Kabel auf dem Foto hat den gängigen Querschnitt von 3 x 1,5 mm Quadrat und eine Gummi-Ummantellung).Dadurch wird die viel gepriesene Dichtigkeit der Steckdose zunichte gemacht. Bei Regenwetter kann das an der Wand herab laufende Regenwasser leicht in die Steckdose eindringen.Eine Gummimuffe/Gummitülle mit 2 Zentimeter Durchmesser kostet nur ein paar Cent - würde das Problem aber lösen. Warum der Hersteller dieses Teil nicht bei legt, ist mir unverständlich. Es würde das Produkt sinnvoll komplettieren (für die umlaufenden Kabeleingänge liegt eine Kunststoff-Schraubmanschette zur Kabelentlastung bei).Mein Tipp - nur für den Kabeleinlass an der Rückseite:Vergessen Sie den vorgestanzten Durchmesser der Kabelöffnung von 2 cm.Stattdessen nehmen Sie einen Bohrer, der dem Durchmesser Ihres Kabels entspricht oder vielleicht sogar noch einen Millimeter kleiner ist. Somit können Sie die äußere Kabelummantelung fest und dicht in das Bohrloch quetschen. Notfalls kann zusätzlich mit Silikon abgedichtet werden.
