I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT IN A TIMELY FASHION, AND WITHOUT READING THE INSTRUCTIONS IT WAS FAIRLY EASY TO PUT TOGETHER. THE INSTRUCTINS ARE IN ENGLISH- BUT WRITTEN BY SOMEONE CLEARLY NOT ENGLISH SPEAKING. HOWEVER, MY ONLY BUT ABOUT THIS UNIT IS THE FACT THAT THE STEAM IS VERY HOT IF THIS IS A UNIT THATS USE TO STEAM YOUR FACE. I AM NOT EVEN GETTING MY FACE CLOSE TO THE UNIT AND EVEN FROM A DISTANCE THE STEAM IS TOO HOT FOR THE FACE. USE WITH CAUTION.

I had been eyeing this product for. Few weeks and decided to purchase as a Christmas gift myself!My expectations were to create a spa like environment maybe once a week when doing my skin routine.This product has definitely not disappointed.As a mater of fact I have been using it twice daily with my skin routine.Size is perfect to keep on a vanity. The retractable a makes it easy to ensure you get the maximum amount of steam and can manipulate it to certain areas of your face.The temperature is as good as any professional steamer. Make sure you do stay a few inches from face as directed to avoid burns. Cleaning I simply rinse with purified water.Small rolling cart makes it easy to lay down and enjoy the steam while in bed or on top of your vanity.Sometimes I find myself steaming for colds or coughs.I recommend this to anyone who enjoys skincare or suffers from allergies/colds!If someone has questions just shoot them my way if I can answer I will!

This steamer has very little steam output. Also, the reservoir for water is very very small so the steam does not come out very long at all before you need to refill. Also getting the Attachment off to clean and thoroughly dry out is extremely hard. Mine broke and I’m three days after my return window.

Use caution! The instructions are nearly microscopic; extremely difficult to read and not well written. It should have a huge warning "DO NOT FILL ABOVE THE LINE!". The machine itself should also have this instruction next to the fill line. If overfilled it will squirt out boiling water. The small water level window makes it very difficult to gauge how full it is. I was VERY fortunate not to have my face under it when boiling water squirted out, though I did get burned on my arm and leg (another reviewer was not so lucky, posted a picture of her burned eye). When properly filled it only runs for about 12 minutes; I need it to help relieve congestion and had to refill it a few times. Good flow of steam, but needs better warnings in the instructions. Should REALLY come with a small cup that will fill it only to the fill line.

I use this to steam my face one per month. I’ve had it for a while now and it hasn’t given me any problems.

Honestly is smaller than expected, and doesn’t hold much water, which I guess is a plus, after all you aren’t supposed to fill it past the max water fill line, it says do not put aromatherapy oils directly in the water but rather put the oils on a cotton ball and place it underneath the clear small flap directly behind where the steam comes out, smart feature! I just wish it held more water or at least the water fill line wasn’t so low I barely added 1/3 of a cup of water to it before the was past the max line. We will see how it goes wish me luck.

I luv the arm extension and rotation. Heats up fast to produce steam. You’re able to add herbs or herb packet in the main holder and essential oil soaked cotton swab in the arm. Great for facial, hair steaming, and to unclog your nose! Great item!!!

Great for starting a small company or just for personal use… I love this machine, it is very easy to use, gets the job done, is easy to clean and it was very affordable

Really worth the money. Easy to use too. Good for steam inhalation for kids specifically. Love it

A éviter trop dangereux j’ai du le renvoyer il est trop petit, la machine très chaude risque de brûlure et aucune vapeur sorte à part une chaleur intense qui n’est pas supportable pour le visage donc vraiment trop dangereux!

it is easy to use but nozzle fall off first day due to heat and broke off. Using without it now.
